General
This data protection declaration is intended to inform the users of the website about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator.
As the website operator, we take data protection very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and only in accordance with the statutory provisions. We recommend that you read our data protection declaration at regular intervals, as it may also change due to the constant further development of our website or offers or due to legal or official requirements.
In this privacy policy, we use terms (e.g. "personal data" or "processing") that are defined in Art. 4 of the DS-GVO.
Access data
Based on our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DS-GVO), we collect data about accesses to our website and store them in the log files of the server.
The following data is logged in this way:
- Requested page
- Referrer URL
- Date and time of the server request
- Status of the server request
- Amount of data transferred
- IP address
- User agent (browser & operating system)
These log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored solely for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of abuse, and is not merged with other data sources. If data must be retained for evidentiary reasons, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified. The same settings and rules also apply to the data servers "daten.verwaltungsportal", "fotos.verwaltungsportal.de", "vorschau.verwaltungsportal.de" and "layout.verwaltungsportal.de", which belong to the backend system of our website provider.
Cookies
This website uses cookies to increase the usability, functionality and security of the website. Cookies are small files that are stored on your terminal device. Your browser accesses these files. This allows to distinguish the individual browser from others. Thus, the website can offer functions through the use of cookies, which would not be possible without cookies. This applies in particular to simple menu navigation and other individual website settings. The cookies for these functions usually have a maximum lifetime of 24 hours and are not used to identify visitors.
Modern browsers offer the option of not allowing cookies and thus generally deactivating them for one or all web pages. When using this browser function, it is not guaranteed that all functions of this website can be used without restrictions.
Collection and processing of personal data
In principle, the use of our website is possible without providing personal data. However, should the user wish to use a function that requires the provision of personal data, the website operator will only process the personal data with a corresponding legal basis or with the consent of the person concerned. Personal data is any information that can be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person - for example, your name, e-mail address or telephone number.
On our site, we offer a contact form. There, we process personal data such as name, e-mail, telephone number and content information from the form. We only process this personal data with the express permission of the data subjects and in compliance with the DS-GVO. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in fulfilling our contractually agreed services and optimizing our online offering.
Handling of contact data
If you contact us through the contact options offered, your information will be processed for the purpose of processing and responding to your request. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
SSL encryption
If the SSL encryption of this website is activated, sensitive data that you transmit to us via this website (e.g. via contact form) cannot be read by third parties. You can recognize an active encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If encryption is active, the data you transmit to us via the website cannot be read by third parties.
Use of a 2-click solution for iframe integrations
A 2-click solution for so-called iframe integrations is activated on our website. This function ensures that when you call up a page of our website that contains such embeddings of third-party websites, no connection is yet established with the servers of the provider of the respective website. However, by clicking on the window, you can display the content and thus confirm the deviating data protection conditions of the integrated websites. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the third-party websites, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in the data protection information of the corresponding website or provider.
Newsletter
On our website, we offer a newsletter that informs you about current events and offers. To subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide a valid e-mail address. You will then be asked by e-mail to confirm your subscription via an activation link (using the so-called double opt-in procedure). Otherwise, your e-mail address will be automatically deleted from the newsletter system after 48 hours. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive it and to the explained procedure.
You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time by sending an e-mail to or by using the contact form to unsubscribe from the newsletter. After you unsubscribe, your e-mail will be deleted from the newsletter system immediately. At the end of each newsletter you will also find the link to cancel or unsubscribe.
Google Web Fonts
For the uniform display of fonts, this website can use the so-called Google Web Fonts. When using these fonts, your browser downloads the required fonts from our website system and stores them in the so-called browser cache in order to display the fonts correctly. During this process, your browser does not establish a connection to Google's servers, so that Google does not gain any knowledge about the call or your IP address.
Rights of the user
As a user, you have the right to request free information about what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data processed restricted or deleted. If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
